Once you confirm a package, our tour consultant will share a detailed itinerary along with an invoice and available payment options. Upon making your initial payment, you’ll receive an official receipt. The consultant will then continue to support you through any remaining payments until the full amount is settled, ensuring everything is clear and seamless from start to finish.
How do I check a tour package’s availability?
Once we receive your request, our travel consultant will promptly confirm the availability of the tour at your chosen destination, as well as the availability of vehicles for your use.
How do I cancel or make changes to my booking?
Simply contact the travel consultant who assisted with your booking, and they will guide you through the cancellation or modification process to ensure you’re fully supported.
Are your safaris and tours family‑friendly?
Yes! We offer specially designed family‑friendly itineraries, complete with activities and accommodations suited for all ages.
Do you offer last‑minute bookings?
Yes, you can send us an inquiry and one of our travel consultants will reach out to advise on availability. If it’s too late to secure the original package, our team will work with you to plan an alternative that accommodates your needs and ensures you still enjoy a memorable experience.

Absolutely! All our safaris can be tailor‑made to suit your preferences. Whether you’d like to adjust the destinations, activities, duration, or accommodations, our travel consultants will work closely with you to design a personalized itinerary that matches your interests, budget, and travel style.
Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes. A 40% deposit is required immediately to confirm your safari, with payment details provided by our travel consultant. The remaining 60% must be cleared 4–7 days before the trip start date. Please note that we do not accept cash on arrival or on the trip start date.
